   Hi Everyone,  I am Christina from Malaysia.  I bought my Thermomix in Jan 2014 and started to use just before our Chinese New Year this year and it was ok until last month that I experienced electric shocks a few times when using it.  Wonder what is the cause of it?  Anyone can help?

Hello Christina, welcome to the forum.  I've not heard of that problem before, have you tried a different power outlet?  I'd speak to the person who sold you the machine and have it checked out by an authorised TMX technician.

Cookie1  & Judydawn  :  Thank you for your attention.  I have contacted d HQ n they r asking me to send the unit back to them for checking.  I might do that n I will be missing my thermomix as I found it to be very useful esp when I am making bread n man tou.  Beside this problem I am enjoying using this unique machine since day one.

Judydawn :  I hv tried many outlets in my house n all gave me the same problem but my power point did not "trip" when I experiencing the "shocks".

Christina, it is interesting that the shocks you are receiving aren't tripping the power. Hopefully it will only be a minor problem.
Please let us know when you find out, in case it happens to anyone else.
