Basically, find a curry paste recipe like http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/1720/curry+paste and put it all in the TMX and blitz on speed 8 or 9 for 10 -30 seconds, scraping down occasionally.

Another lot http://www.curryfood-recipe.com/Curry-Paste-Recipe/Curry-paste-recipe.php

Another http://thaifood.about.com/od/thaicurrypasterecipes/r/yellowpaste.htm

You can use onions or shallots and chop and saute them first before adding other bits and pieces, but if you want it mild, don't add as much chili.

I posted one for Brazen in this very section back on the 8th March 09 under 'Thai green curry paste recipe please'. Guess by using less paste would make it a milder taste. This is one from Nicos book and was posted before he asked that we don't do it anymore. :-)) :-)) :-))

Thanks everyone

Yes, there sure is a recipe in the EDCB but guess who didn't find it until AFTER coming on here!!!!!!!!!  But, in my defense (hehehee) it is listed as Red Curry Paste!

Thanks for the other links too - they will come in handy.

Yes, don't you remember someone wanting a quiche recipe or something from a cooking class that Cookie1 attended.  She asked him if she could post it and he preferred that she didn't.

I actually emailed him and he replied that he would prefer not to, but then if any of my friends were to PM me I'm sure I could share a favourite recipe of mine with them.
