That's fantastic Boo a great variety. I usually make my own garam masala and Moroccan ras el hanout  so now I can add some more to my repertoire. Thank you so much

Just a note, it looks like it's from overseas so remember the tablespoons would be equal to 3 tsp here in Oz.  An extra tsp of certain spices, esp hot ones could make things interesting
