Hello (finally!)

Hi! My name is Karen and I'm from WA. I've had my thermomix for over 2 years now, have been visiting this forum pretty much since day 1 for recipes and advice, and have finally got around to signing up! I am looking forward to contributing. Haven't been part of a forum for at least 5 years, so hopefully it all comes back to me!

Hi Karen, welcome at last. You must feel as if you know us all very well by now so you should feel very comfortable about joining in our discussions. As you've probably noticed, we don't just talk about cooking
So, what have you been doing for the last couple of years from the forum. Which recipes are your favourites? I see you've already started posting reviews, now that's what we like to see.

Hi Karen and welcome to the Forum. I am also from the Perth area and like you I used my Thermie for a long time before I joined the forum
Why did I take so long, I ask myself? You will find endless tips, help and amusement. Enjoy your time here!

Thanks for the welcome! First question - if I want to review a recipe that hasn't been done yet, where do I post it? And would I put the recipe name and book in the subject? Thanks.

Karen, just go to the Recipe Book Review thread and start a new topic. Because all the books are stickied to stay where they are, your review will not show up until page 3 but a moderator will find it and link it to the respective book.
In your heading put something like this
Review Chicken Curry FFS Page whatever. FFS of course means For Food's Sake, all cookbooks are abbreviated to fit in easier.

Thanks for the tip Judydawn.
I have been cooking up a storm today, some things in the thermomix and some not, but have spent most of the day in the kitchen! I love baking.
