Hello nidhi, welcome to the forum.  You will be pleased to know we have an Indian cookbook for the Thermomix. Here's a list of recipes that our members have made from the book, click on some of those links and have a read of their comments and thoughts of the recipes.  Have fun at your demo and please do get back to us and let us know what you thought of it.

Welcome to the forum.  Hope you decide to purchase a thermomix, it's a great machine and the recipes in the Indian cookbook are excellent.

Welcome Nidhi. I love making naan in my thermomix and I also prepare my Indian spices in the thermomix. I also do a few curries in it as well. I am sure you will use it as I know very few Indian recipes and use it for those.

Welcome to the forum  nidhi.
I love Indian food and have cooked a few Indian vegetarian dishes in TMX.
It's good for making your own spice mixes too.
