Don't want to throw a spanner in the works, but I don't think this is a compete list of the recipes in this book.
I think there are more recipes, some of which haven't been reviewed?

I didn't check the list but it didn't seem quite long enough.  You can't go by the number of recipes in the index though as the recipes double up in there, depending on which category they fit.
