I LOVE THERMOMIX!!!

I've only had mine for a week but everything I cook surprises me how good it tastes.  Banana pikelets for breakfast, totally different and so much nicer.  Just finished some custard, OH MY.  Sooo yummy. 

Just needed to shout it from the rooftops.  If the first week is anything to go by, then we are in for an amazing food experience for the rest of our lives!

I love the fact that we are all so passionate about our food and our beloved Thermomix's.  Without all of you on the forum I would be concerned about my sanity - being so besotted with my kitchen machine!!!

It is a bit of a worry isn't it? People who are sane carrying on about a machine. But then as has been said a few times we're Thermomixaholics.
I was speaking with a friend's husband today (they've had theirs about 3 weeks) and he said it never stops and they have all put on weight.

My friends also think I am mad to be so besotted with a machine - until they buy one themselves. They also think I am insane to pay so much for a "food processor" - they just don't understand. Last night I had friends for dinner and my SIL was helping me while our husbands watched us beat Australia - she said she dried the jug at least 5 times. I made a Caribbean style curry paste for the lamb and then another type of curry for fish; then I made naan bread from the calendar and Parmesan Grissini. So TM was very busy yesterday afternoon - dessert was home made ice cream and fresh strawberries.
