I'm all for the t-shirts -  perhaps this is what Tenina needs to offer as incentives to get recipes in    . Everyone who submits a recipe gets a t-shirt??    And a different theme/motto each month or so???  Then they could become a collectors edition - and everyone would want the whole set so would be sure to post recipes each month!!
