No not me. I usually don't work out what's for tea until that morning lol. Occasionally I work it out the day before (does that mean I menu plan? )

I stick pretty rigidly to my plan as I know I have all the ingredients. On my plan I have a box titled 'ideas for next week' so when I see new recipes I jot them down there. I also have a box to remind me of any new recipes etc I want to bake.
I may swap things around during the week and if I feel we need to change (unexpected visitors) I will.
I only do a week at a time.

I usually get something out of the freezer in the morning.
But I have well stocked freezers, fridges, pantry too.

I stick to my plan pretty much (except for the occasional 'inspirations' which stuff me up for later in the week), but as Cookie does, I sometimes change around the different days. The weeks I don't have time or forget to sit down and make the plan and then the grocery list end up stressful as we are so busy after I collect the kids for school. Twice a week I have to have them fed and on their way out again at 5.30pm - one night involves taking dinner with us so that requires extra thought.
Even before I had to do that though I hated the 4pm discussion at school pickup of "what are you having for dinner?" because I had no put any thought into it. This way I'm much more relaxed and organised. I wish the rest of the family would help a bit more in choosing the meals though.

Ok I am sitting at work planning this weeks meals.
So far I have
Monday: Meat pie and veges (meat pie made yesterday, just needs reheating)
Tuesday: Chicken Chasseur and veges
Wednesday: Gourmet Beef and veges
Thursday: Steak (DH & I) with macaroni cheese. DS will have left over meat pie with his mac cheese.
Friday: Tuna and Tomato Rice Bake (made the day before to reheat when I get home from work)
Saturday: Pizza night
Sunday: Roast in the slow cooker with baked vegetables

I have to fundj.
As it is school holidays I only work Monday and Friday. The other days I will be at home, which is 35kms away from the nearest shop. Stick to it or eat baked beans on toast

We are all on 100 or 200 acres fundj. The block down the road however is 8,000 acres. Their land backs onto ours.
35 kms is to the tiny Foodworks obbie and it is 60 kms to the nearest Coles or Woolies.
