Easy Flatbreads:Number of People 12:Ingredients:350g SR flour
Sea salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Approximately 350g Greek yoghurt
Garlic butter, I put some herbs into mine
Preparation:Place flour,salt and baking powder into the bowl. Speed 3, 3 seconds.
Add some of the yoghurt.
and add yoghurt as needed to make a firm dough. I didn't need all the yoghurt.
Remove, and make into a ball. Place in a bowl, cover and set aside.
When required break into 12 equal pieces. Make each piece into a ball. Roll out each ball to a circle about 12cm. Do the same with each ball.
Cut 4-6 cuts into each circle, leave a border, by not cutting to the edge.
Heat pan or griddle and cook 1-2 minutes each side.
Brush flatbreads with melted garlic bread.
Stack on top of each other and serve.
Photos:Tips/Hints:I only did a half recipe of these as it was enough for us. I baked 1/2 one night and half the next night. I served them with soup.
