rubarb
« on: June 27, 2014, 04:54:52 pm »
hello,

I got some fresh rubarb from a friend, and I don't know what to do with it. I read somewhere of "Apple Rubarb Crumble with lemon-lime custard" that sounds delicious. Does anybody have the recipe for doing it with the Thermomix? or recommend me any other worth-to-try recipes?

thank you

This recipe Apple Berry Custard Crumble might help you Valu. You could substitute the apple and berries with your lovely rhubarb and use lime zest instead of the spices. :)

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Valu,  if you want to try both and haven't enough rhubarb,  mix a bit of apple in .
