I love that recipe and miss Isi. Her writing always brought a smile to my face. How hard it must be to post a recipe when English is not your first language.
Your pie looks great CC.

Lovely pie CC. I emailed Isi but no response, she may have changed her email.

What a shame, JD. That vege lasagne looked good!
The pastry in isi's onion pie is similar to one the Hairy Bikers use in a low calorie pastie that they make. It's basically a pizza dough. I've never tried it though, so will make that onion pie soon.

I've made another couple of Isi's recipes today. I made her Portuguese rolls into a loaf, and her delicious oatmeal cookies
http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2837.0
I've made plenty of oatmeal based biscuit recipes before, but nothing that tastes like these. They are well worth making as they are delicious, and the recipe makes more than 60 biscuits.

That looks lovely CC. I love these challenges as so much gets bumped. It's like lots of new recipes being posted as I have forgotten so many.

I served Isi's Olive yummiest this morning. I made them yesterday and froze them. I cooked them this morning. The only difference was that I let them defrost for 20 minutes but still cooked them for about 20 minutes. They were loved by everyone. I only just managed to get a photo of the remaining three.

Oh gosh, I didn't even look at the photo. Thanks Judy. Perhaps I ate the extra one after I took the photo.
