Chookie that looks so nice. I use Lindt 70% almost all the time. I buy several blocks when it is on special and I have lovely chocolate to use for cooking. I love Orange Intense and Strawberry Intense in custards. So nice with the subtle flavour of oranges or strawberries.

Chookie that looks delicious.
Michele, you have been busy - I must try the dried apricot jam as apricot is my favourite jam.
I've now cut the loaf of milk and honey bread http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4279.0
It had a lovely texture and was easy to slice thinly. We had delicious salami, cheese and tomato toasted sandwiches for lunch.

I have been a copy cat too. Isi's oven baked pasta looked so nice that I made it for dinner. I used fresh mushrooms, and saw some tiny zucchini out on super special so bought those and added them as well.
We loved it.

Isi's pasta dish is getting a good work out  ;D  Such an easy one so it's no wonder.

I don't like this  challenge much. Too many food things to revisit and my shopping list is growing.

Ditto Gert. Chookies got enough recipes posted for very day of the year.
Great cooking everyone.

I chose Isi's Portuguese rolls http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2729.0

Some great food things happening here! I'm making sourdough tomorrow with Chookie's recipe. Just getting my starter re-started.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
