Made Chookie's Lemon Spread and used it as a pie filling to make Lemon Meringue Pie.Tastes delicious.

I made Chookies no fuss bread last night as a garlic and rosemary focaccia.  It was demolished before I could take a photo 😃😃😃

No Gert!!   I. Have just made Chocolate custard to go with crepes and Hazelnut and Frangelico Ice Cream.  New recipe for custard and Ice Cream,  and EDC crepes.  Custard made with Lindt, 70%, not too sweet.
