Hi from Sunny Victoria Australia (middle of winter)

Hi to all. I have owned a TMX for many years and use it on average every day. I joined this forum in 2010 but have never used it to its fullest potential. I will make sure that I start contributing to it a little more regularly. I was a consultant for a period of time and then got a job offer that was too good to refuse. I love all things cooking and love the technical side of the machine. My machine has been perfect and I love it to death. I never mistreat it and I always extol its virtues to the ends of the earth.
Kind Regards
Wayne

Hi GWG, we have read some of your previous posts regarding costs of spare parts, unfortunately Australian prices for everything and anything seem to be dearer than the rest of the world.
Here we are more interested in what people do with their Thermomixes so please do post some recipes or make comments on any of the recipes you have made from TMX books (every one is listed
here
) or any of the recipes we have on our boards.

Hi Wayne, prices in Australia are more expensive for lots of things. Just look at Air fares. Good to look around for the best deal. Looking forward to hear what you cook in your fab machine.

Welcome Wayne. I'm pleased you have decided to introduce yourself. Living in WA I sometimes think we have got used to some of the prices we have to pay. I was thrilled today to buy a nice coffee for $4.20.
Looking forward to some of your recipes.

Welcome to the forum Wayne. Nice you have returned. You have had a lot of experience with your machine so we expect a great recipe from time to time. And it is lovely to have another male on board.
