Just one last read before I go and find some food for DH; that's what I said an hour ago but just saw this discussion on instant coffee and Pablo came to mind. They served it where I boarded once in my youth and I am not sure what it was made from (definitely not coffee). I prefer my Madura tea. Now closing this machine down before we starve.

Sue, glad you are enjoying your time with your Dad, I am sure something will turn up job wise when you return.   :)

Gayle, your trips in your motor home sound fun and very relaxing for you and family. Enjoy

Cookie, lucky you, love chocolate  ;D

There is a Haigh's shop at the entrance to the foyer of our hotel. It is hard to walk past without buying one each day.  ;)

We had the honour of having Sue to tea yesterday.
It was such fun, and funny to think she grew up all around here and then moved to Australia 24 years ago.

We had lots of chats and eclairs (sadly not home made) and she very kindly brought me Quirky Jo's book, which I'd really really wanted so that made the visit even more exciting. I was reading it in bed last night.

The friendship and generosity on this forum is really very special.

Thanks Sue so much and I hope we meet again in due course.

Nice to hear you have met another forum member DJ.  It must be lovely to put names to faces as we do here.

Uni, that's a gorgeous relaxing space - things are taking shape, that's wonderful.
