Great looking food Uni.

We arrived in Maroochydore yesterday after an over night stay at Yamba.
Today we went to Noosa, had lunch at a castle and we to the ginger factory which is more of a theme park. Lovely weather too.

Mich you look great! A ginger factory would be very interesting to see. What was that about - the growing side of it and obviously lots of ginger to buy?
Uni the cooking class looks very interesting. The thing I like about the Asian style is that you don't need a lot of cooking implements to make a stunning dish. Did you the recipes of what you made, and are the ingredients easy to buy here?

The castle looks very exciting Mich. I don't like ginger, but I love the flavour it gives to things. I'm just weird.  ;D
It looks like you are having great fun. Are you only away for Easter?
