Not eating today

I am  not sure just why I am reading the forum today as it is a no eat day as I am having a Colonoscopy tomorrow!

Thinking of you Kayc . . . good luck - I can imagine -probably today would be the worst day to be on here  . . . ???

Yes, the prep is horrible, but the whole procedure is far, far, far better than the alternative if you don't have it done regularly.  Good luck for tomorrow.

My ex had one a few years ago. Honestly, I have never laughed so hard in my life as I did the night before, he'd had his green medicine and was sitting on the toilet for around 2 hours not able to get up. He didn't have pain, but it was like a hose was running out of his rear. He was laughing his head off, so don't be afraid.
The next day he said he did the best, biggest farts ever. If you are a lady, I am sorry, you'll hate it.

Thinking of you Kayc.  I'm sure you will be fine.

I have to have one of these every two years as there is a history of bowel cancer in the family.  I've got used to the prep now and it doesn't worry me.  To me the worst part is having to drink all that water as well so then I feel water logged :)

Hope all goes well Kayc - agree with all the above.  The procedure is not too bad but that that horrible prep is the worst.  However it is a means to an end and a job well done when over with.
