The bread looks lovely and fluffy ES. The soup looks tasty too.

Even though it has lots of reviews I made Swiss Beef tonight. It is really tasty and maybe needs a bump up for those that haven't tried it. It is one of Chelsea's recipes. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1713.0
I always put carrot and peas or spinach in it too.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Yes Es that meal is a winner.

Cookie  I am not even going to look at Swiss Beef. My mother used to make it ALL the time and served it with Vomit worthy Lima Beans.

I though I had erased that memory until NOW ;D

Had to make the Irish Yeast Bread.

I nearly dropped it as I was putting it in the oven and that I think is why if fell in the middle. I Did get the shine on it but of course not on the bottom as I had to put baking paper in my bread tin bottom as this tin has small holes in it and it is a very wet dough.



After rising 40  minutes



48 minutes cooked.

I think you have misunderstood the challenge Hally, by all means please do continue to post photos and new recipes but for the challenge we have asked that you dig up old recipes which have never been tried and therefore never been reviewed. There are some gems out there waiting for someone to give them a chance ;D  I'll move your photo to What's for dinner.

Yes judy I did misunderstand it. I thught it read old recipes an recipes from books, so thiught you needed reviews on food cooked in TM.

I wan't sure if it was a flan or a soufflé. It was delish but the bread outstanding. Glad you revived that one.
