Imagine if you didn't go to work at all Katie  ;)   I've been hanging out all week to see what your choices would be for the challenge and you didn't disappoint.

Work certainly gets in the way of my cooking!
I have a couple more recipes I've chosen, hope to find the time to make them.

Wow, Katie! A day at home from work and you spend it cooking. Sounds like what I'd do, too.....  :D

I've been too busy to cook much this week and am away for the weekend, sans Thermie, unfortunately. So, not much cooking from the forum.

Yesterday I made my Dinner Rolls, et al,  (must put it on here) and rolled into scrolls with grated parmesan and herbs. Delish!

I still have a couple of old recipes from here that I want to try, perhaps next week. Meanwhile, enjoying everyone else's contributions.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I've made CP's Sweet biscuits. They have received the big tick of approval from the mob. The only thing I did was to reduce the sugar by 50g. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2208.0

Me too Gert.
We had a recipe of Farfallina's tonight. It is Pasta Sauce with Sun Dried Tomatoes. . It is really tasty. I couldn't find quite enough parsley in the garden but felt what I had was adequate. This will become a favourite in this house.

It is a pasta sauce with lots of flavour.

That is the reason I chose it Gert. I couldn't believe that no one had tried it before.

We tried the Greek stuffed zucchinis tonight by Desi. They were yum and big enough to eat as a meal. Served it as a side.

This challenge is great. I can't believe how many recipes have been posted and not made by someone else (or at least not commented on if they have been made)
I will be making the stuffed zucchini next summer when I have large ones growing.
We got home today from a very foggy game of lacrosse and didn't have enough time to bake some bread, so I made Kimmy's scone pinwheels for lunch http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=11542.0;topicseen
The kids (me too) loved them and I even have some in the freezer now for lunchboxes.
I had some lemon juice in the fridge so I made Cookies lemon layer squares whilst the oven was still hot http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=7381.0
They are very similar to a slice that I've been making for years that has always been a favourite. Yum.
