TM21: Bowl doesn't seem to fit anymore

Hi all, I am an old model user from the Netherlands, I have the TM21. Just recently I have to press really hard to get the bowl in the right position and likewise to get it out. It is like the bowl has become bigger or the unit smaller, really strange. The bowl falls in easily about 5 centimeters and then it gets stucked and I have to press and tweak real hard to make it come lower to the appropriate position. Doesn anyone has experience with this issue? thanks!

Hopefully someone with a TM21 will help you with your dilemma.
The only thing I can suggest is to contact Vorwerk direct in Holland and see if they have a solution.
