Ooh yum! I have a feeling I've made this before. I'll certainly make it again, anyway as I remember it being delicious!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

These are lovely and gingery. I didn't read the comment about cutting it whilst still warm as I made it yesterday and only cut it just now, without any problems
