ES,  apple pie looks delicious.
The salted Caramel Ice clean was a huge success.  Served it over waffles with more sauce on top.  Sorry , no photo.  Too busy cooking waffles and scooping Ice cream.

Made a lemon tea cake today. Recipe used 100mls of lemon juice which is great, but I still have a bucket of lemons to go...
