Made this in advance this morning then reheated to serve with dinner tonight.  Easy enough recipe but I think it needs more tomato and I would skip the vinegar. Everything is done using varoma temperature, this is OK for steaming the beans in the first instance and also for cooking the onion but once the other ingredients are added I think 100o would be sufficient.  It is correct in that it does serve 4 as a side. I wouldn't make it again.
