Does anyone know how long the wait is to receive a TM5?
Apologies if this is the wrong forum to ask. :)

The official line is 20 working days but apparently that may be increasing for new orders. Still waiting to hear from my consultant.

Mine took about 20 working days but I was told that it will be longer for quite a while.

I read on FB that as of today any orders placed will take 6-8 weeks as there is a world wide shortage.

Deary me. I ordered on the 9th and monies were deducted on the 11th September. Haven't heard a word from my consultant. I may have a bit more of a wait than anticipated. Luckily (although not the greatest substitute), I borrowed back my food processor that I gave mum after buying TMX31.

How do we know when they have been posted to us. Mine has been picked
I think if I had to pay that much money & wait 6 to 8 weeks I would be buying a second hand TM31

Your consultant should be able to tell you. Mine was sent late last week and apparently it's now in Launceston ready for delivery :)

A wait that long for that amount of money is not good. No matter how good the product!
I certainly won't be upgrading any time soon.
That has made the decision easy.

If I don't hear from my consultant in the next few days (she may be away with school holidays and the long weekend) I will email and see if there is any word.
Even if it is 6-8 weeks that only adds up to 3-5 weeks away for me. Odds being even, I should still be A&W by then and ready for delivery.  ;D
