I'm so glad someone else tries raw mixtures.  ;D

I just took a batch of these out of the oven. Very yum mixture, very yum straight from
the oven. I will try another when they have cooled. I managed to get 30 from the mixture.

Katj, 30 is good.  Mine were probably too big.

Any idea how many calories in them Chookie  :-))

Just did a quick calculation as I was curious myself. The entire biscuit mix is 2976 calories or 12452 kJ.
Chookie made 24 so 124 cals or 519 kJ per bikkie - Katj made 30 so 99 cals or 415 kJ per bikkie.

The thing that attracts me to this recipe is that it's all good fats and no animal products.  :D

Made tahini today for a Lebanese 7spice beef recipe. This will find a use for the leftovers.

Theresa,  I have only made Tahini once.  Like the idea but found it wasn't worth the effort as I can buy it fairly cheaply.  What do you think about making it. .?  I used about $3 worth in the biscuits I made.  That is 24 large ones.  The one I bought at the Cafe was $4 .  That means my 24 were worth $96. That is rediculous.

Wow Chookie, glad I'm not a cookie lover I've never looked at them in shops. I'm going to give these a go next week and see if I can trick my anzac loving, healthy food hating DS  ;D

AB,  definitely.
Wonder, I increased  the tahini and golden syrup in the next lot.  Look just like Anzacs.
