Hello from the ACT

Hi,

My name is Sally and I'm from Canberra. I got my Thermomix about 5 months ago. I'm happy with the TM31 so won't be selling to upgrade as I don't think the upgrade is worth the extra money considering I wouldn't be able to sell mine for very much  ;D

Hi NutsyK, welcome to the forum.  There are plenty who have the TM31 and won't be upgrading and you have probably already been putting your TMX through it's paces.  Have you tried any of the recipes on our forum yet?

No I haven't gone through any of the recipes yet but I'll make sure I try some!! I've been using the road to loving my thermomix recipes and The recipe community. I only just joined up on this site. Took me a while to work out how to post a thread and then again to reply lol.

It takes a while to get used to a new site but you'll soon get the hang of it.
For starters, I'll point you in the direction of CP's favourite list of recipes - not a bad place to start ;)

CP has also made a list of Chelsea's recipes which is worth looking at too.

Welcome Sally. It is lovely to have you join us. There are so many recipes,ideas and hints here it is hard to know where to start.
Your TM 31 will do everything the TM 5 does so you have probably made a wise decision.

Hi Sally, I also won't be upgrading I'm really happy with the TM 31 , they do the same job.  This is a great forum for learning about lots if things not just recipes.
