Banana Bread - page 326 TM5 Cookbook
« on: October 25, 2014, 04:28:10 am »
Having never made Banana Bread before, and maybe only once or twice ever tasted it!! (shocking right) I decided to give this recipe a whirl!! & boy am i glad i did it is absolutely divine!
Very Moist and light! Still tasty the next day, sightly difficult to toast as it easily falls apart tho
BF asked me where i brought it from! (couldn't quite believe i made it) tells me i'm showing off now HA

I baked at 160 degrees (fan forced) 50mins instead of the 180 in the book for 50-60mins! Came out perfect

That looks really good and even better if it's on the chip another "must do" when I get home.

Congratulations SS. It looks fantastic.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
