Hi everyone! Sorry for late reply! Loving my Thermomix but need to make more time to make better use of her... At present all I seem to make is soup and protein balls! I'm a vegetarian so always on the lookout for gorgeous vego and vegan recipes.

Hi Cass I think McMitch , our Michele has put on quite a few vegetarian and vegan recipes , I know I tried the (sausage) veggie rolls they were yummy.

Welcome Cass, I am a newbie as well and observed that you are a vegetarian too.
Could you share the recipe of protein balls you make so that I can give it a go?  :)
