As a new owner of a Thermomix, googling around for recipes and tips I came here. In the Netherlands it is not a commonly used machine in the non-professional kitchen.
I hope to pick up some great ideas and stuff... and of course learn

Hello Chris, welcome aboard
This is the best source of Thermomix recipes and information to stumble upon and there are many wonderful blogs out there these days as well. Did you receive a comprehensive cookbook with your Thermomix as we do. The TMX is great as it suits everyone, not just restaurants and commercial kitchens but is definitely in use by a lot of professionals.

Thank you Judy,
Żes i got the book but because I ordered my machine in Spain the book is in spanish. Although I speak portuguese, it's not very handy.
The hardest thing right now for me is to calculate the cooking times. Lot's of recipes are big quantities for 4-6 people. I am living alone and use half or quarter of the recipes; but you can't easily half the cooking time. Sometimes total time works, sometimes i messed up and got a burned ketchup haha.
