NSW Newbie
« on: November 10, 2014, 08:45:49 am »
Hi

I ordered my TM5 in early Oct.  My consultant said that she received notice it will be dispatched within the next week. Even though the wait seemed long, to be honest what it has done is made me research recipes, reorganise my pantry and get an overall feeling of what the TM5 can do.  So in some ways the wait is not a bad thing as I now have  a list of recipes ready to get started on.

The things that made me look at the Thermomix.

My son is a Coeliac
We are moving away from packaged foods and trying to eat fresh foods
I enjoy cooking but lack time
I will be able to give away lots of small appliances that I own to those that are in need

Looking forward to sharing as I move along.

I am going to my first cooking class on Wednesday night.  Looking forward to it.

My friend who has owned her TM31 for a year and only used it a few times has finally gotten into it and is starting to cook up a storm!

Hello mummabear, welcome to the forum. It's good to hear you've put the waiting time to good use, there's nothing like being prepared. You and your friend will be good for each other, I'm glad she is finally using her machine.
