Re: TM5 - The Basic Cookbook UK Version
Codfish with Citrus Butter Page 166
I made this dish yesterday. I found that the fish and potatoes cooked beautifully but the courgettes were a little over cooked. On first tasting I thought the dish quite tasty but then shortly afterwards I became uncomfortable with the high citrus taste which overpowered the rest of the meal. It could be just my taste buds but I don't think I will be repeating this recipe. I would rather use the butter to pan fry the fish with just salt and pepper to taste and maybe add a parsley sauce.
