A Christmas forum giveaway
« on: December 11, 2014, 08:23:29 am »
I've just had a surprise visit from Monika who has been kind enough to pass on 2 copies of the updated and bigger Cooking for me and you TMX cookbook.

To go into the random draw please read the following rules. This competition is only open to Australian residents, including Tasmania due to the weight of the book.

1) To enter the competition you must have made 50 postings by midnight 10/12/14.

2)  Limit of 1 entry per person.

3)  To post an entry, please post your name, give yourself a number eg I'm Lucy and I'm No. 1 and tell us what your favourite meal is when you're cooking for yourself only. The numbers must be consecutive, if they do happen to get out of sequence a moderator will change them to comply. You may make other comments but comments can only be made within your entry.  Any comment only postings will be deleted as will any entry which does not comply with the rules.  Moderators are an exception to this rule.

4)  The competition closes at midnight (Western Australian time) on 21st December and the winners will be drawn by MM as soon as possible thereafter.

Cookie1 and I'm number 3. I don't get to eat by myself very often but I love tinned baked beans on toast, with an egg on top. Although I only eat the yolk of the egg.  8) 8)

I'm similar to the other girls, if I'm ever home alone for a meal I'll have eggs on toast.

CP63, #10

I love to marinate or crumb a forequarter lamb chop and have either with a salad or mash potato and some green beans.

(Leftover crumbed chops are then frozen in portion sizes to pull out on a later date)

Cuilidh, no. 12

My favourite alone meal is anything with dairy in it as DH is intolerant to dairy - toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches, macaroni with real cheese and a milky white sauce .... anything like that.
