Egg, wheat and nut free cakes
« on: January 08, 2015, 12:03:42 pm »
Could anybody possible point me in the right direction for a great egg, wheat and nut free cake? GF still has wheat in it unfortunately :(.

Such crappy things to be allergic to! At least there is no dairy allergy lol!

Thank you in advance :)

I can only find one here.
Maybe Quirky Cooking blog might have a suitable recipe for you.

Have a look at the recipe for Sun Bran loaf on this forum. It does have flour but you could possibly substitute it with ground almonds.
Try googling  egg, wheat and nut free cakes. I'm sure Mr Google will find a few recipes.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

These cakes would have to be made with seeds and potato flour. and eggs, maybe coconut If allowed.
I have posted a Lemom Feather Cake which may do.

Thank you everyone. I found one using kidney beans which I am currently baking.

I have obviously googled but when you type 'wheat free', 'gluten free' come up instead. Gluten isn't the problem, wheat is so gluten free flour isn't able to be used.

I will search the Lemon feather cake. Thank you :)
