I made this as DD has been showing me photos of raw lime tarts.
they are very easy to make and the base presses into the little tart tins very easily. I made 6 from the mix and they were all quite full. I didn't tell anyone that the filling had avocado in as they would possibly have refused to try them. I just make sure that the filling was well blended. You can't taste it at all.
These are kept in the freezer which is probably a good thing as I won't eat them all.
