Well done Judy and Jo. That snuck up on me. I checked the site around midday and it was still the soup.
Fantastic news.  Now we get to do the 'cook off' and vote.

When done Jo and Judy.  I actually made Jo's cake today and didn't even realise it was chosen in the finals!  I will put JD's curry on my menu plan for next week.  DH had just been diagnosed with a tummy ulcer and curry is on his no-no list, so I will have to make it super-mild  :'(.

Your poor DH. :'( Treatment is certainly better now a days than it was 10 years ago.

Thought I had better clarify that - the guy in the video, not your DH Chelsea  ;)

You are very welcome to come and dong my DH over the head with the bell while you are at it though JD.  Just joking - kind of. ;D

Congratulations to both of you for being chosen initially and of course a special congratulations to Jo. Both lovely recipes.

Judy how did you find out? Have you got a secret line to HQ? I just had a look at their site and it didn't say anything.

No Cookie1, I just clicked on the link that Thermomixer posted on 21/0/09  in this thread.  I wish they would make it easier for us to follow, like posting it directly onto our forum for example instead of us having to search to find it. Now I think the recipes should be put onto the forum as not many people are going to find them where they are. Normally Thermomixer tells us but I remembered they were going to be a bit late announcing the winner this month, went looking and was surprised to find it had just been posted that morning.  Anyone know what the next comp is all about?
