Introduce Yourself by Maria

Hi, my name is Maria, and I am a new member to the forum.  I live in Cyprus and I acquired the TM5 last November, however since I started SW at the same time, I did not use it much up to now.  The things I made up to now are bread, soups, orzo with chicken, salmon and mixing of  mince meat that I use for various dishes.  I intend to start using it more from now on.

Hello Maria, welcome to the forum.  I hope your weight loss programme is going well. The Thermomix would be handy for low calorie meals using the varoma for steaming fish, chicken & vegies.  Skinnymixer's blog has some nice recipes, perhaps you'd like to have a look at it.
