Soon to be Thermo newbie

Hi, I live in Perth, Western Australia. Brand new to Thermomix and just browsing the forums. About to order my TMX so learning as much as I can. I love cooking but am very time poor, have a teenage son and a partner who eat a lot. My goal is to eat healthier, non processed food. I also battle a lot with food intolerances so prefer cooking from scratch. Can't wait to get a Thermomix to help me in the kitchen. Very excited.

Hello Cathvr, welcome to the forum. Lovely to have you onboard, you will love cooking with your Thermomix and I'm sure the boys will want to use it as well. Do check out some of our tried and true recipes, the reviews are most helpful. We also have reviews of recipes made from all the TMX books and it does pay to read them before embarking on a new recipe.

Hello Cathvr and welcome from another Perthite. I've had my machine for about 7 years and have never regretted buying it. You will love it.

Hi and welcome to the Forum. You have certainly come to the right place for lots of recipes and help. I love making most things from scratch - never realised just how many additives in processed food until I started reading labels.
