The ads are displayed when you use the mobile?

But I do need the link. It is the only way that I can ask to block it.

Hello Admin

Thank you for trying to do something about the Bear ad (which I also find distressing). 
I am not sure if this is the link you need?  The Bear ad appeared on my iPad and when I clicked the photo, below is the website it took me too:
