Skinnymixer's Indian Cauliflower Rice pg7
« on: June 06, 2015, 09:17:49 am »

Finally got around to cooking the cauliflower rice from the booklet tonight.

The dish is nice however I usually pan fry my cauliflower rice in a pan. I think next time I will reduce the lemon juice slightly and only use the Thermomix to prepare everything but cook the ingredients in the frypan.

CC it was pretty plain but I do love lamb fillets simply pan fried.

The "rice" was nice but I do prefer it almost crunchy so will make a note to pan fry next time.

Finally got around to making this. I really enjoy cauli rice but this was only ok. Served with QFITT pork rissoles and stir fried greens.

I enjoyed this and found it great served with a curry. As suggested I cooked the rice in the frypan and used half the lemon juice. Nice substitute for rice.
