introduce yourself by daniela
« on: September 16, 2015, 02:12:49 am »
Hi. I'm  from perth and have had a tm5 since october. Just finished reading  the $100 a week thread and looking at purchasing  either  a side or forequarter of beef. Very confusing with all the cuts  to choose from. Daniela

Hi Daniela, thanks for posting an introduction and for joining us here on the forum.  There's lots to read on this forum and hopefully you will find many subjects which are of interest to you.  Good luck with your decision of whether to buy a whole or half side of beef, obviously you have a very big freezer.

Have you tried any of our forum recipes?

Hi judy. I was just looking at some . They look yum. Will definitely  be making  the eggplant parmigiana  and lemon chicken. Hopimg to do some canning using tm. Did 20 kilos of tomatoes last year. Hoping to try a few different  things this time.

Hi and welcome to the Forum Daniela.   I notice you use the word "canning" in relation to your tomatoes - which I would normally associate with U.S.A? Or is that a Perth thing?

You haven't failed at anything until you stop trying.

Hello and welcome Daniela. I also live in Perth. Wasn't it a beautiful day today?
Lots of lovely recipes on the forum for you to try. Do you have any favourites when cooking?

It would be lovely if you could share some of the Cypriot food with us.
