Name of Recipe: Fruit and yogurt dessert with almonds
Number of People: 4
Ingredients:
40g almonds
50g sugar
80g almonds (again)
c 500g nectarine, in slices
500g yogurt
1 tbsp honey (optional)
3 tbsp cointreau or amaretto
4 extra nectarines in slices
Preparation:
1. Chop 40g almonds c 10 secs / turbo. Remove and reserve.
2. Grind sugar 20 sec / turbo
3. Add 80g almonds. Chop 10 sec / turbo
4. Add nectarine slices (500g) and chop c 10 secs / 3-4
5. Add yogurt and alcohol & honey (if using). Mix 10 secs / 2
6. Divide into bowls, and garnish with lemon balm leaves, the chopped almonds, and surround with nectarine slices.

Tips/Hints: Obviously this works with other fruit too. Leave the alcohol out if wished.
