It would solve a lot of the problems if they could release books both as an ebook as well as a hard copy so we could all enjoy them.

Yes an e book would be great!
I am not holding my breathe though.
Such a pity they are so restrictive. It is not very good customer service for loyal customers who support the company!

Where can you buy this book in the UK? My husband is currently in the UK (and I'm in NZ) ... could he buy it somewhere for me or is it only available via a specific internet site? He would need to be able to obtain it in time so he can bring it with him when he flies back to NZ in August.
Thanks to anyone who can help/advise!!

Your husband can phone UK Thermomix HO and order the book using a Credit Card but it has to be delivered to a UK address.Delivery is fairly quick by a courier.
Here is their website
http://thermomix.vorwerk.co.uk
The telephone number is at the bottom of the page.
It's a wonderful book.I love it.I hope you are successful getting it.

Kiwitrace, go for it. It is the only TMX that I use and I have most of them.
Mine was a gift and I am most grateful.

Pulled pork and cider rolls Review
The flavour in the pork was nice, however, the texture was a bit tuna-ish. After the first stage of meat cooking, I would reserve the meat in a thermoserver, cook down the portion of the sauce for the required time, and then shred the pork on reverse.
The bap rolls were perfect, and the apple sauce was nice too, however did need more cooking than the recipe stated.
