I made this Fruit Mince about a week ago. It is an orange sort of fruit mince and has Cointreau in it. It smells lovely.
This

Cookie, I was reading that you can make Eccles cakes out of mince. Easier than tarts.

No Judy it is one I saw in a magazine. I love the idea of making Eccles cakes, especially with this lot of mince as it is quite sticky.

I love the idea of eccles cakes for all my fruit mince (which I love as well). ES your hampers are wonderful.
The spray would be good one day Chookie when you have time.
