This is a simple cheese recipe and is very tasty. I made it to put into another recipe, however I had some left so tasted it alone and I have marinaded some in herbs, chilli and olive oil. I will eat it in the next day or two as I don't think the cheese has much of a shelf life.
The recipe calls for 3 lots of lemon juice to be added separately and the mixture stirred for 3 seconds after each. I would do it longer next time, perhaps 10 seconds as the lemon juice barely mixes in.
