Hi and welcome to the forum coatesy.  We do have a few members with the TM5 but most of us have the previous model, maybe one of the new owners will read your plea for help and be able to give you some advice.  In the meantime perhaps it would be a good idea to ring your consultant or HO on Monday morning.  We are an independant forum, not affiliated with the Australian HO or Vorwerk.

I have no idea what C52 is but are your pins dry on the base of your bowl?
Otherwise I'd do what Judy has suggested. Sadly the TM5 book doesn't have a list of what the errors are like the old one did.

I have a TM5, but I haven't seen that error.

One thing I could suggest is to check that the pins are clean and dry, then hold down the main button to force it to power down, then turn it back on and see if it's okay.

I had the problem of it going into reverse and back over and over again, but since I "rebooted" it, it hasn't done it again.
