Newbie male TM5 owner from West Sussex
« on: January 09, 2016, 12:29:21 pm »
Hi, Purchased my first Thermomix just before Christmas and so far have only followed 3 recipes from the cookbook chip (Quick Thai red curry, Risotto with parmesan cheese & Beef goulash)
Looking forward to experimenting a bit more when I get more confident  :-\

Hi Steph, welcome to the forum.  There are plenty of great recipes (with reviews) on our forum and also on your UK TMX site as well http://www.recipecommunity.co.uk/recindex.php.  In addition, there are so many blogs for the TMX now that you will have no trouble finding a great variety of things to cook.  The more you use your machine the quicker you will gain that confidence and if you need any advice, please don't hesitate to ask us.

Welcome Steph. Enjoy your thermomix and we'd love to hear what you are making.
