Fruit Muesli Bars nut free
Makes 15
Ingredients
125g butter
100g brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
200g rolled oats
65g dried fruit - I used sultanas and cranberries
35g sunflower seeds
Preparation
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Grease a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan, line base and sides with baking paper.
Place butter, sugar and honey into bowl. 50 degrees/speed 1-2 until butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved.
Add oats, fruit, and sunflower seeds and mix on  :-: until it is mixed. It doesn't take very long.
Press into pan. I found a wet hand was the easiest way to do this.
I put almond pieces on mine but you could use coconut.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cut while still warm.

Photos and tweaks
I copied the basis of this from a magazine but forgot to write down which one it was.

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
