Sour Cream and Chive Crackers
Ingredients
270g plain flour
1 small bunch of chives, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
250g sour cream
sea salt flakes to sprinkle
Preparation
Prepare 2 trays with baking paper.
Set oven to 180*.
Place all the ingredients into the bowl and knead until well combined. Mine took 50 seconds.
Roll out on a floured surface to about 3mm thick. Using a 6cm cutter, cut rounds or squares and place
on trays.
Prick with a fork and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake for 15 minutes and cool on a wire rack.

Tweaks
Next time I make these I will add some cayenne or chilli powder and perhaps more salt. You could make them any flavour you like
