Chocky RocksIngredients250g butter
1 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
250g chocolate chips
2 cups SR flour
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 cups cornflakes
PreparationPrepare 2 baking trays and set oven to moderate. (mine is 180*)
Place butter and sugar in the bowl. Cream for approx. 1 minute. speed 3/4.
Add eggs one at a time and beat 30 seconds, speed 4.
Add vanilla. Speed 2, 5 seconds.
Add flour, chocolate chips and cornflakes and use
(interval) to mix until it is combined.
Roll into balls and place on the tray. If you wish you can roll them in extra cornflakes at this time.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
I'm not sure where this recipe originally came from. I can remember baking it 30+ years ago.
